Our vacuum excavators dig around live services without a cutting edge ever touching the asset — the safe method for potholing, daylighting and trenching in congested ground.

We run two complementary units: the truck-mounted STG HDV600 for high-capacity work, and the compact Vermeer VSK300-250 for tight, access-restricted sites. Between them we can take on everything from major civil corridors to residential rear yards.

STG HDV600

A truck-mounted unit built to extract, contain, transport and unload spoil safely and efficiently.

The 6,000-litre spoil tank is fabricated from 8mm steel and fully hot-dipped galvanised for maximum corrosion resistance in the harshest environments. Registered to AS1210-2010 pressure-vessel standards, every tank is certified, traceable and compliant. Dual 80mm sight glasses confirm fill levels at a glance, while pressure and vacuum relief valves protect the system in operation, and a replaceable bolt-on deflector plate extends tank life without welding or downtime.

For unloading, a hydraulic hoist with twin lift cylinders raises a full load, and a hydraulic lock rear door seals tight under vacuum then releases cleanly. Finished with a 4" inlet with Travis fittings, 6" brass gate drain valve, pop-up boom handrail, dual rear spotlights, braided marine wiring harness, rear LED flashing light, and full wireless remote control for both tank and boom.

Vermeer VSK300-250

A purpose-built, compact vacuum excavator for non-destructive digging where space is limited but performance can't be sacrificed.

Every urban excavation carries risk — tight access, congested services, noise restrictions and short work windows. Traditional methods are too dangerous, and many vac trucks are simply too big to fit through a standard gate or work in a residential driveway. The VSK300-250 delivers genuine industrial suction in a footprint that fits where larger units cannot go.

With a 1,000-litre spoil tank it hits the sweet spot between capacity and manoeuvrability — large enough to pothole multiple utility points, daylight a trench run or clean out a congested pit without constant stops to empty, yet compact enough for rear yards, narrow laneways, underground car parks and sites with restrictive gateways.
